Roster Demographics

We will provide a comprehensive view of your Roster. This will allow you to view your employees by gender, by location, by generation, by race/ethnicity and by job family. These categories are contingent on the data being available to report.

New Hires

Understanding your new hires will allow you to make necessary adjustments to your recruiting strategy. We will provide reporting based on gender, race/ethnicity, and job family. We can also provide time to hire if req start date is available.

Turnover

Understanding why your employees are leaving is critical to making adjustments to your environment. We will provide reporting to show turnover by gender, race/ethnicity, location and manager, highlighting any hotspots.
