Ensuring you have well documented policies is a great place to start.  Policies should be consistent with company culture and provide employees with the necessary guidance to operate in your organization.

Employee Relations issues are never planned and can take up quite a bit of your time.  Allow OA to perform the investigation and provide recommendations for next steps.  This allows you and your team to maintain positive relationships with your employees.  We will interview impacted parties, and any witnesses to the interaction to provide you with a comprehensive review of the situation.
